SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer Charged Shipping on selective orders which vary depending on your location and the shipping method. FREE SHIPPING applies for some products and locations mainly (US, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and the UK) for orders over $85.

If you make your payment Via PayPal express checkout and do not receive tracking information within 5 days, please contact us before opening a dispute for a refund with PayPal. Shipping delays are unavoidable sometimes and it could take more than the 5 days given.

This is usually common on holidays or during special events that affect our suppliers and shipping companies.

The tracking information can only be available once the package is confirmed shipped and information fed to the system. Package tracking details may appear up to 5 days after receiving the tracking number. We appreciate your patience and understanding in advance.

PROCESSING

Most items will be processed/shipped out within 3-5 days of ordering and delivered within 7 to 30 days (weekends and holidays not included).

You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (for no extra charge), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.

If you would like to cancel a back ordered item in your order, simply send us your request by submitting a ticket, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMES

Generally, it will take 7-30  days to deliver but there  various shipping times to international destinations.

Just a reminder that shipping times are estimated, and might take longer during peak season or due to an incorrect address.

In the case of a change of address, please notify us. We will be able to change the delivery address of your package, within 3-5 days of order confirmation.

You can track your package on this site: Parcelapp.com with your tracking number. 
Note: It takes up to 5 days for parcel tracking details to be available on the tracking websites. If the tracking number provided does not work, feel free to contact Us

Please submit a ticket within 30 days of shipment if you have not received the package or tracking updates. Our representatives will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.
